JKiesling Hair Studio Inc  is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your services, contact us and we will arrange for you to come back in. We ask that you call us within 2 days of your original appointment. We are here to serve you and make your experience a pleasant one.

Cancellations - We request a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon and spa services. We appreciate your consideration.

Reservations - To ensure availability we recommend you pre-book your next appointment. However please feel free to call at the last minute.  We also accept Walk-In's.

Gift Certificates - Gift Certificates from  JKiesling Hair Studio Inc are the perfect gift and are available for all services, combination of services, packages, or for any dollar amount $25 or more. Gift certificates are non-refundable for cash.  JKiesling Hair Studio Inc is not responsible for loss or theft of gift certificates.

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it to the salon for a full refund.

Food and Cell Phones
Food is allowed but please limit the amount brought into the salon.  We ask that cell phones have the ringer silenced during your visit to the salon.
